- 1 pound of cooked chicken diced
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 bag corn chips
- 1 package cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
Dice and cook onion in a pan for a while. Add Rotel tomatoes, cheese and condensed milk. Melt it all together and add chicken. Mix up good.
In baking pan put a layer of corn chips then a layer of chicken stuff then another layer of chips then more chicken stuff. Put alil more cheese on top if you want then cover with foil and bake 40 minutes then 10 minutes uncovered at 400.
